How callers and customers opt in to receive SMS from FolioLive, operated by Drupefruit LLC, on toll-free numbers 833-FOLIO50 (833-365-4650), 877-70-FOLIO (877-703-6546), and 844-70-FOLIO (844-703-6546).
Effective date: July 26, 2026
Overview
FolioLive is a SaaS platform operated by Drupefruit LLC. Three toll-free numbers send SMS, each with a distinct purpose and opt-in path:
833-FOLIO50 — the FolioLive account line: messaging direct between FolioLive and the people who sign up for FolioLive. AI-receptionist follow-up SMS to callers who ask about FolioLive by phone, account verification codes, and account notifications. It does not send booking confirmations for users' own customers (those go from the user's Shield Phone number or the 844 booking line) or marketplace messages (877). Opt-in is verbal (captured by the AI receptionist) or customer-initiated.
877-70-FOLIO — the marketplace transactional line. One-time verification codes and service-request notifications for the FolioLive marketplace. Opt-in is via the web request form on foliolive.link and provider onboarding.
844-70-FOLIO — the booking & appointment line. Transactional appointment confirmations and reminders that a FolioLive business sends to its own customers, delivered by FolioLive on the business's behalf (framed “FolioLive: … with {business}”). Sent only after the customer checks the SMS-consent box on that business's FolioLive booking page. Opt-in is via that web booking form (customer-initiated, per appointment).
All messaging from this number is transactional and account-related. We do not send marketing blasts, promotional broadcasts, or any messaging without explicit prior consent from the recipient.
How Opt-In Works
Recipients consent to receive SMS from FolioLive through one of the explicit mechanisms below. In all cases, opt-in is logged with timestamp and source for compliance verification.
An inbound caller dials (833) 365-4650 and reaches our AI receptionist (Tessa).
2
Caller requests a follow-up
During the call, the caller may request information that is most easily delivered by text — for example, a link to our website, booking page, or other product information.
3
Tessa requests verbal consent
Before sending any SMS, Tessa explicitly asks for the caller's consent using the following script:
Tessa script — verbal opt-in
“This is FolioLive, operated by Drupefruit LLC. We'd like to text you transactional messages related to your request — like the information you asked for, and account or support notifications. These are sent only as needed, not on a recurring schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Our SMS Terms are at foliolive.link/sms-terms and Privacy Policy at foliolive.link/privacy. Do you agree to receive these text messages — yes or no?”
The caller must respond with an explicit affirmative (“yes”). A negative or ambiguous response results in no SMS being sent.
4
Caller affirms ("yes") and consent is logged
Caller's affirmative response is captured in the call recording and transcript, then logged with timestamp, caller phone number (E.164 format), and the consent text. Records are retained for the period required by applicable law and carrier messaging policies.
5
Enrollment confirmation sent
FolioLive immediately sends a confirmation SMS:
Confirmation SMS
FolioLive: You're now enrolled in transactional SMS (account & support messages). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms: foliolive.link/sms-terms Privacy: foliolive.link/privacy
The requested information follows. Every message includes Reply STOP to opt out.
Path 2 — Customer-initiated SMS
1
Customer sends an inbound SMS
A customer sends an SMS to 833-FOLIO50 on their own initiative, asking a question, requesting information, or replying to a prior message.
2
FolioLive responds with a single transactional reply
The customer-initiated SMS itself constitutes opt-in for a one-to-one conversational response. We respond with the requested information and include opt-out instructions: Reply STOP to opt out.
Path 3 — Web form opt-in (foliolive.link signup)
1
User signs up at foliolive.link
When a user creates an account on foliolive.link and provides a phone number, the signup form displays the following consent disclosure adjacent to the phone-number field:
Form disclosure
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS from FolioLive (operated by Drupefruit LLC), including account verification codes, signup confirmations, and account alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
2
Verification SMS sent
FolioLive sends a one-time verification code to the provided number. The user enters the code to confirm ownership. Verified numbers may then receive ongoing transactional SMS as described in our SMS Terms.
Path 4 — Marketplace service request (877-70-FOLIO)
1
Customer requests a service on foliolive.link
A customer requesting a local service through the FolioLive marketplace enters their phone number on the request form. The form displays the following consent disclosure adjacent to the phone-number field:
Marketplace form disclosure
By submitting this request, you agree to receive transactional SMS from FolioLive (operated by Drupefruit LLC) about your service request — including a one-time verification code and updates when a provider responds. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
2
Verification code confirms the number
FolioLive sends a one-time verification code from 877-70-FOLIO. The customer enters it to confirm ownership of the number. Service providers separately consent to job-offer notifications during marketplace onboarding.
3
Transactional updates only
The customer receives transactional updates about their request — for example, when a provider accepts. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent. Every message includes Reply STOP to opt out.
Path 5 — Booking form opt-in (844-70-FOLIO)
1
Customer books an appointment on a FolioLive booking page
When a customer books with a business on its FolioLive booking page and enters a phone number, the form shows the following consent disclosure next to the number — unchecked by default and not required to book:
Booking form disclosure
Text me a confirmation and reminder for this appointment. You'll get transactional SMS from {Business} and its scheduling provider, FolioLive (operated by Drupefruit LLC). Up to ~3 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
2
Confirmation and reminder sent from 844-70-FOLIO
Only if the customer checks the box, FolioLive sends the appointment confirmation and reminder from 844-70-FOLIO on the business's behalf. These are transactional messages tied to that specific appointment — no marketing. Every message includes Reply STOP to opt out.
What FolioLive Will Send
SMS sent from 833-FOLIO50 falls into two categories:
Account verification (2FA): One-time codes for sign-in and account recovery
Account notifications: Follow-up information requested by callers about FolioLive, replies to inbound customer SMS, and account or subscription notifications. 833 messages are direct between FolioLive and its account holders — never booking confirmations for users' own customers (those send from the user's Shield Phone number or the 844 booking line) or marketplace messages (877).
SMS sent from 844-70-FOLIO is limited to:
Appointment confirmations and reminders: Transactional messages tied to an appointment a customer booked with a FolioLive business, sent by FolioLive on that business's behalf, and only after the customer opted in on the booking form. No marketing or promotional content.
What FolioLive Will NOT Send
Marketing or promotional broadcasts
Bulk messaging to numbers that have not explicitly opted in
Messages outside the scope of the recipient's prior interaction with us
Messages to numbers we cannot prove opted in via one of the three paths above
SMS during quiet hours (9 p.m. – 8 a.m. recipient local time) for non-emergency messages
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any FolioLive SMS at any time.
FolioLive immediately ceases all SMS to that number. You will receive a single confirmation message: "You're opted out of FolioLive SMS. Reply START to re-enable." No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
Carrier-standard opt-out keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are honored automatically. To re-enable SMS after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any SMS. You will receive a help message with contact information. You may also email [email protected] for assistance.
Records of Consent
FolioLive retains records of opt-in events — including timestamp, source path (verbal / customer-initiated / web form), call recording reference (when applicable), IP address (when applicable), and the phone number provided — for the period required by applicable law and carrier messaging policies. Records are produced on request to verify opt-in status.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. FolioLive does not charge end users for receiving SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Check with your carrier for details.
