Program Description

FolioLive (“FolioLive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Drupefruit LLC. SMS messages are sent from toll-free number 833-FOLIO50 (833-365-4650) for transactional and account-related purposes only, including AI-receptionist follow-up SMS, two-factor authentication codes, customer-care responses, and account notifications.

How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from FolioLive when:

You phone 833-FOLIO50 and verbally agree to receive a follow-up SMS during your call. Your consent is captured in the call recording and logged with timestamp and your phone number.
You initiate contact with FolioLive by texting 833-FOLIO50. Your inbound message constitutes opt-in for a one-to-one conversational reply.
You sign up for or sign into a FolioLive account at foliolive.link and provide your phone number with the explicit consent disclosure shown adjacent to the field.
You text the keyword START, YES, or UNSTOP to 833-FOLIO50 to re-enable SMS after a prior opt-out.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Types

Messages sent from 833-FOLIO50 are transactional or directly related to your prior interaction with FolioLive. You will not receive unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS.

You may receive messages related to:

Account verification codes (one-time passwords) for sign-in and account recovery
Welcome and activation messages confirming a new account
Follow-up information requested during a phone call with our AI receptionist
Replies to SMS you have initiated with our support or customer-care team
Booking, appointment, or event-coordination confirmations and reminders
Account and security alerts

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically 1–3 messages per signup or account event, and fewer than 5 messages per inbound call follow-up. You will not receive marketing blasts or recurring promotional messages without separate, explicit consent.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS from FolioLive. You will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. FolioLive does not charge end users for receiving SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are used solely to facilitate communication between you and FolioLive. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
