How callers and customers opt in to receive SMS from FolioLive, operated by Drupefruit LLC, on toll-free numbers 833-FOLIO50 (833-365-4650) and 877-70-FOLIO (877-703-6546).
Effective date: May 15, 2026
FolioLive is a SaaS platform operated by Drupefruit LLC. Two toll-free numbers send SMS, each with a distinct purpose and opt-in path:
All messaging from this number is transactional and account-related. We do not send marketing blasts, promotional broadcasts, or any messaging without explicit prior consent from the recipient.
Recipients consent to receive SMS from FolioLive through one of three explicit mechanisms. In all cases, opt-in is logged with timestamp and source for compliance verification.
An inbound caller dials (833) 365-4650 and reaches our AI receptionist (Tessa).
During the call, the caller may request information that is most easily delivered by text — for example, a link to our website, booking page, or other product information.
Before sending any SMS, Tessa explicitly asks for the caller's consent using the following script:
The caller must respond with an explicit affirmative (“yes”). A negative or ambiguous response results in no SMS being sent.
Caller's affirmative response is captured in the call recording and transcript, then logged with timestamp, caller phone number (E.164 format), and the consent text. Records are retained for the period required by applicable law and carrier messaging policies.
FolioLive immediately sends a confirmation SMS:
The requested information follows. Every message includes Reply STOP to opt out.
A customer sends an SMS to 833-FOLIO50 on their own initiative, asking a question, requesting information, or replying to a prior message.
The customer-initiated SMS itself constitutes opt-in for a one-to-one conversational response. We respond with the requested information and include opt-out instructions: Reply STOP to opt out.
When a user creates an account on foliolive.link and provides a phone number, the signup form displays the following consent disclosure adjacent to the phone-number field:
FolioLive sends a one-time verification code to the provided number. The user enters the code to confirm ownership. Verified numbers may then receive ongoing transactional SMS as described in our SMS Terms.
A customer requesting a local service through the FolioLive marketplace enters their phone number on the request form. The form displays the following consent disclosure adjacent to the phone-number field:
FolioLive sends a one-time verification code from 877-70-FOLIO. The customer enters it to confirm ownership of the number. Service providers separately consent to job-offer notifications during marketplace onboarding.
The customer receives transactional updates about their request — for example, when a provider accepts. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent. Every message includes Reply STOP to opt out.
SMS sent from 833-FOLIO50 falls into two categories:
Carrier-standard opt-out keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are honored automatically. To re-enable SMS after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.
Reply HELP to any SMS. You will receive a help message with contact information. You may also email [email protected] for assistance.
FolioLive retains records of opt-in events — including timestamp, source path (verbal / customer-initiated / web form), call recording reference (when applicable), IP address (when applicable), and the phone number provided — for the period required by applicable law and carrier messaging policies. Records are produced on request to verify opt-in status.
Message and data rates may apply. FolioLive does not charge end users for receiving SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Check with your carrier for details.
